This was to swap our old boiler for a new Worcester Bosch boiler and was completed in one day, as promised. The team cleaned up at the end of the day, removed all the packaging and debris and left the boiler fully operational. The following day, one of the team, Simon, returned exactly on time to make some small modifications to our gas supply (updated standards) and to repair the ceiling around the pipework. Again, all left clean and tidy, and he gave me an overview of the boiler and thermostat controls. I highly recommend Dyer's Plumbing and Heating Ltd for their attention and service, all carried out with a cheerful and caring attitude. I asked around for a good plumber, and Chris’s name was recommended. I initially contacted him by email with quite a lengthy message, and he responded quickly. Since I’m in a rented property, he was patient with me as I went back and forth with the landlord before arranging a visit. Once I asked him to attend the property, we booked an appointment. He mentioned that if it was convenient, he would pop over beforehand to have a look in preparation for possible parts etc. He spent about 30 minutes here, patiently helping me locate the potential leak, going up and down the 3 flights of stairs to the meter outside. He carefully went through the process with me, and to such an extent that we were able to resolve the problem. He then gave me advice on contacting the water company to inform them and explained the process. Initially, we kept the other appointment scheduled for Friday, but he contacted me that day to check if the issue had been resolved, and we ended up cancelling the appointment as the issue had been resolved.
